aeos Immobilien GmbH stands for professional and competent service. In addition to traditional property management of rental properties, our range of services includes the management of condominium owners’ associations (WEGs) and the management of business parks. We are based in Hagen and also operate in the eastern Ruhr area and the entire Bergisches Land region. For example, we have been managing several properties for foreign investors in Wuppertal since 2018.
The former Fellmeden property management company has been part of the aeos Group since 2014. In July 2019, the company was renamed aeos Immobilien GmbH and relocated to larger and more comfortable premises in Hagen to emphasise its affiliation with the aeos Group.
