Guido Fiebes
Managing Director / Shareholder, Head of Infrastructure & Solar Energy
With more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry, Guido Fiebes brings extensive specialist expertise and leadership experience. He began his career as a Mergers & Acquisitions team leader at an international petroleum company in Berlin. He subsequently spent several years as Managing Director of a petroleum distribution company in Bavaria, maintaining a consistent focus on growth and customer value.
Guido Fiebes broadened his international experience over several years as Business Development Manager in the strategy department of the downstream division of a French petroleum company in Paris. He later joined the executive management team of a Dutch energy supplier in Düsseldorf. In 2007, he founded the aeos Group, which he has led independently ever since.
Between 2014 and 2015, Guido Fiebes served as interim Head of Corporate Development & Strategy | M&A at an international energy supplier in Luxembourg. In addition to his role as a shareholder of the aeos Group, he subsequently served as Senior Vice President and Partner at a London-based energy investor active across Europe, focusing on gas- and coal-fired power plants. He also held a direct investment in that company.
Guido Fiebes holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree from Germany and a Master of Business Administration from the United States. His wide-ranging experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors makes him a strong partner for sustainable energy and investment projects.
Ingo Linder
Managing Director, Head of Wind Energy & Real Estate
After completing his studies, Ingo Linder initially worked as a Business Analyst at Citibank Privatkunden AG in Düsseldorf. He then became a team leader in plant controlling in the chemical industry at Enka GmbH & Co. KG in Heinsberg. This was followed by a position as Head of Controlling at Wirth Maschinen- und Bohrgerätefabrik GmbH in Erkelenz. Since 2007, Ingo Linder has headed asset management (operational management) at aeos infrainvest.
Ingo Linder studied economics at the University of Wuppertal and holds a Diplom-Ökonom degree.
