Per A. Jonsson
Per Jonsson is an internationally experienced business leader and Industrial Advisor with extensive leadership experience across a range of industries, including enterprise software, telecommunications, financial services, energy, healthcare and maritime safety. Over the course of his career, he has led several major business transformations and turnarounds, as well as organic growth and strategic acquisitions. His areas of expertise include restructuring, cost management, mergers and acquisitions, and the development and implementation of growth strategies.
His career encompasses numerous international leadership roles. These include CEO of the software company Cordys and Chief Executive of the British companies Cosalt plc and Patientline plc. Previously, he held various senior positions at General Electric in Europe and Russia. At GE Energy, he led the operational turnaround of a previously loss-making business unit; at GE Capital, he was also responsible for substantial growth in the Nordic market.
Per Jonsson also worked as an Industrial Advisor for EQT, supporting the development, transformation and growth of portfolio companies, as well as transactions and advisory board and board responsibilities. His career therefore combines operational leadership experience with strategic advisory work and a close connection to investment activities.
Per Jonsson holds a master’s degree in physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and an MBA specialising in strategy from INSEAD. As an advisory board member, he contributes his experience in business development, restructuring, international growth and strategic transformation.
Franz Josef Bielefeld
Franz Josef Bielefeld has extensive entrepreneurial and operational experience in corporate management, financing, human resources management, project coordination and process optimisation. After studying economics at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, he supplemented his qualifications with training as a quality manager and auditor under ISO 9000 et seq. and as a certified real estate financing specialist.
For many years, Franz Josef Bielefeld served as managing director of various companies. His responsibilities included strategic business development, budgeting and financial planning, staff management, sales, project management, and the development and maintenance of relationships with customers and business partners. Another focus of his career was real estate financing, in which he worked both independently and for Dr. Klein in Mainz, supporting private and commercial financing projects.
From 2016 to 2022, he worked as an operations manager in the waste management sector, with responsibilities including the operational management of several locations, staff management, quality management and the optimisation of business processes. He subsequently coordinated the establishment of a new staff unit at Veolia Umweltservice GmbH in Hamburg to recruit and integrate employees from the Western Balkans.
As an advisory board member, Franz Josef Bielefeld contributes his experience in corporate management, organisation, staff development, financing and strategic development.
