2. Hosting and Website Delivery

Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. We have a data processing agreement with this provider under Article 28 GDPR.

According to the contractual documentation, the website is hosted exclusively on data storage systems in Germany. ALL-INKL uses Neue Medien Münnich GmbH, Bautzener Straße 56, 02742 Neusalza-Spremberg, Germany, as a sub-processor.

To enable your browser to receive the requested content, your IP address and the technical information required for the relevant HTTP request are transmitted to and processed by the hosting provider. This processing enables the website to be delivered. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the reliable technical provision of our website.

3. Cookies, Analytics and Local Files

The static website itself does not set cookies, use local browser storage or integrate visitor analytics or advertising tracking services. Google Analytics is not integrated.

Fonts, images, stylesheets and JavaScript files are served together with the website. Loading the fonts does not establish a connection to Google Fonts. No external maps, videos or social media plugins are embedded.

We retain the information for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any necessary follow-up questions. Where documents are subject to statutory retention requirements or are needed to establish, exercise or defend specific legal claims, the necessary data are retained for the corresponding longer period. They are then erased. The period depends particularly on the content of the enquiry, any resulting contractual relationship and the statutory periods applicable to the documents.

If you apply for a position, we process the contact details, application documents and information you provide during the application procedure to decide whether to establish an employment relationship. The legal basis is Section 26(1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), together with Article 88 GDPR. Where special categories of personal data are necessary, the requirements of Section 26(3) BDSG and Article 9(2)(b) GDPR also apply.

Following rejection or withdrawal of your application, the application data are retained for a further six weeks and then erased. Longer retention occurs only where required by statutory obligations or specific legal claims. If you are appointed, necessary data are processed further for the employment relationship.

6. Recipients of Personal Data

Within our company, access is granted to those who need the data for the stated purposes. Where necessary, hosting, IT and communications service providers are engaged as processors. Disclosure to other recipients takes place only where necessary for the relevant purpose and legally permitted, for example to meet statutory disclosure obligations to public authorities.
