Guido Fiebes
Managing Director / Leader in the areas Solar Energy and Media Infrastructure / Founder
Guido Fiebes has been working in the European energy industry since 1995. He started his professional career as a team leader in Mergers & Acquisitions for ELF Oil Germany GmbH in Berlin. Following this he was the Managing Director of a regional oil distribution company of ELF Oil in Bavaria. After the merger between ELF and TOTAL Guido was employed as business development manager in the downstream division of TOTAL in Paris. Subsequently he worked as a turnaround consultant and as member of the executive team of Deutsche Essent in Düsseldorf, a Dutch utility. Guido left Essent to found aeos energy in 2007.
From early 2014 until the middle of 2015, Guido acted as interim Head of Corporate Development & Strategy, M&A for Enovos International S.A., a Luxemburg based utility. Between 2015 and 2017 Guido worked as Senior Vice President and Partner at Thesis Energy LLP in London. Thesis Energy was an IPP in the European power generation market, specializing in the acquisition and operation of gas and coal power plants and backed by a major U.S.-based Financial Investor. Guido Fiebes holds a German Master Degree in Business Management from the Technical University of Dortmund and a Master of Business Administration from the University at Albany, The State University of New York.
Ingo Linder
Managing Director Real Estate
After he graduated in economics, Ingo Linder was employed as a business analyst at Citibank in Germany. He subsequently worked as a team leader in plant controlling in the chemical industry at Enka GmbH & Co. KG in Heinsberg. His next professional milestone was a position as Group Leader Controlling at Wirth Maschinen- und Bohrgerätefabrik (machinery and drilling equipment factory) GmbH in Erkelenz. Ingo Linder has been the Head of Asset Management at aeos energy since 2007 and became Managing Director of the company in 2014.
Ingo is also the Managing Director of aeos Immobilien GmbH, our real estate management company. Ingo Linder holds a German Master Degree in Business Economics from the University of Wuppertal. Ingo has also been approved as certified real estate administrator by the EBZ Business School, Bochum, Germany.
