The aeos Group is an asset manager and investor specializing in German real assets.
We operate in the business segments renewable energy (solar energy), media & communication infrastructure, and real estate.
As professional asset managers, we support our clients in the acquisition, ongoing asset management, and sale of their German real assets.
In the investment field we operate our own solar energy and media infrastructure assets. We also regularly co-invest with our clients, e.g. currently in a communication infrastructure company.
Our clients range from non-German institutional investors to local private investors from Germany.
Solar Energy
We develop projects for solar plants and battery storage powerplants on an industrial scale. Therefore, we are always searching for new areas and larger roof areas. We either develop projects on our own or as co-investors together with different financial investors or wealthy private investors. In addition to that we hold a stake in Anesco Ltd, one of the biggest project developers for solar plants and battery storage systems in the United Kingdom
Media and Communication Infrastructure
Through our subsidiary aeos infrastruktur GmbH, aeos gruppe acquired a three-digit number of VHF antenna infrastructures in the federal states of Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, and North Rhine-Westphalia from Media Broadcast GmbH in 2018. Our most prominent in-house facility is the VHF antenna system on the TV tower at Berlin's Alexanderplatz. This antenna system broadcasts a large part of the radio programming available in Berlin via FM.
Furthermore, we also manage the German FM broadcasting infrastructures of various investors from Germany and abroad. In total, more than 50 radio broadcasters distribute their broadcast signal via antenna infrastructures that are either managed by the aeos group or operated by us.
Real estate
Our subsidiary aeos immobilien GmbH stands for professional and competent service. In addition to the classic property management of rental properties, our range of services includes the management of condominium owners associations (WEGs) as well as the management of business parks. We are based in Ennepetal but are also active in the southern and eastern Ruhr region and the entire Bergisches Land region. For example, we have been managing several properties for foreign capital investors at our Wuppertal location since 2018.
